As a Webador Pro or Business user, you reserve the right to transfer your domain name elsewhere at any time. We do our best to make this process as quick and easy as possible. If you'd also like to cancel your Pro or Business plan, follow the steps below. If you don't want to cancel your plan at this time, scroll down to Requesting a transfer code without cancelling a Pro or Business plan.


Requesting a transfer code when cancelling a Pro or Business plan


Step 1

Make sure your Pro or Business plan has been cancelled before requesting a transfer code. To cancel your Pro or Business plan, send an email to support@webador.com and we'll process your request as quickly as possible.


Step 2

Once your plan has been cancelled, click on the red Pro or Business icon (when logged in) to go to the Subscriptions page and request a transfer code.



Step 3

Click on the Request transfer code button next to your domain name. You will then receive a transfer code.




Requesting a transfer code without cancelling a Pro or Business plan


Send us an email to let us know you'd like to transfer one or more domain names, and we'll provide you with a transfer code.


Warning: Domain names with a .com, .net, .org, .info, or .biz extension cannot be transferred until more than 60 days after the date they are registered.
