You can create mailboxes for any domain name(s) you've registered with Webador. Alternatively, you can opt to use an external email provider, and we'll use DNS records to make sure all emails for your domain go through your chosen provider.


Microsoft Office 365 offers an extensive online software package for businesses, which includes email via Microsoft Exchange.


Log into Microsoft 365


Step 1

Log into the Microsoft 365 admin panel via the MS Office website.

  1. Click on Administration
  2. In the navigation menu, select Installation
  3. Under Use custom domain installation, select View
  4. Click on Get started
  5. Enter your domain name
  6. Copy the TXT value



Verify domain ownership via Webador


Step 2

In the Editor, click on the Webador logo in the top left corner.

Step 3

On the My sites page, click on the My subscription link.



Step 4

On the subscription page, in the Domains box, click on the Modify DNS button.



Step 5

At the top of the DNS records page, click on the Microsoft 365 link.



Step 6

Paste the TXT value you copied in Step 1 and click on Continue.



Step 7

Once the domain name is verified, you can copy the required MX record from the Microsoft 365 admin portal and paste it in Step 2.
